This 30 second ad was challenging to help with and create but in the end was well worth the effort.

Runaway Brook's First Post

Come home to Runaway Brook!   We want to welcome you to the neighborhood.

My name is R. Gary Griffin, and my role as the developer now continues with the marketing of the completed lots. The roads are completely built and accepted by the Towns. The Lot sales have started with four decisive Lot buyers soon to become new neighbors.  New  construction has started with a foundation and walls going up on 1 Fern Lane and more are planned to follow.

We offer the choice of six new neighborhoods carefully created on 148 acres of wooded hillsides and open fields in Sterling and Lancaster, Mass.  The 35 new home sites of 2 to 8 acres are carefully planned with sensitivity to fit into the natural landscape and to enjoy the scenic features that will make each new home unique.

That sounds great!  But how does it happen!  Only with decision and effort well applied to the challenges of creating your new Home at Runaway Brook.  My mission is to provide the teamwork, facts and information to assist you in that result.

I invite you to follow the seasons, stories and progress of Runaway Brook as we grow into one of the area's finest locations for new custom homes.  Come share our interest in well planned site development and the creation of fine custom homes.

July 9, 2010 and runawaybrook.com is on TV! Watch for the 30 second spot on Comcast cable and ads on comcast.net in target areas from Framingham to Sterling.

The ads feature a New Summer program with new lot prices, incentives and Bonuses.

More specifics to follow. Please come pick a lot and ask!

We like our new neighbors and are looking for more!  Come and see Why!
